POST /v2/custodian-authorities/:id/revoke

Request revocation of a custodian authority. The status moves to
`revoke-in-progress` while Aleta tears down the dataflow links, then
to `revoked` once complete.

Path params:
  id (required) — Custodian-authority identifier (UUID).

Request:
  Empty body.

Response (204 No Content):
  Empty body.

After revocation, no further data will be ingested through this
authority.
